General Administration

Randstad is recruiting on behalf of a global logistics company. This is a fantastic opportunity to be an integral part of a busy operation, supporting various critical functions.

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting drivers with paperwork: Ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete for smooth operations.
• Pallet control: Managing and tracking pallet movements, an essential part of logistics efficiency.
• Customer service: Handling phone and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, providing excellent support to clients and stakeholders.
• SAP operations: Utilising SAP for various administrative tasks
• Data entry: Accurately inputting and maintaining crucial operational data.
• Filing: Maintaining organised and accessible filing systems.

What we're looking for:

We're seeking a proactive and reliable individual with strong administrative skills. While not essential, prior experience in any of the following areas within a logistics or similar fast-paced environment would be highly advantageous:

• Driver support/paperwork
• Customer service (phone and email)
• SAP
• High-volume data entry
• General office administration
